I have been using LumaDent's Ergo Air 6.0x loupes for over a month, and I am very happy with my decision to switch to LumaDent. I have used various brands' Ergo loupes for a little over a year, and there was always a compromise with each brand. The loupes I tried were either heavy, didn't have enough magnification, blocked most of my peripheral vision, or had issues with IPD or WD. In my extensive research on ergonomic loupe options, LumaDent always came out on top or close to it. Compared to my previous ergo loupes, I have far greater peripheral vision; they are about 40% lighter (I even weighed them myself) and are 1.5x higher mag. I am fortunate that my loupes came in perfect since ergos can be hit or miss with getting the exact IPD or WD right. My previous pair was slightly off and caused a slight halo effect around anything I looked at. My local sales rep, Danielle Price, was accommodating and reliable throughout the purchase. We met at a coffee shop for a demo, and she answered all my questions and got the order in immediately. She followed up to update me on the process, and I had my loupes in about one week. We've kept in touch, and several of my colleagues have purchased ergo loupes through Danielle, and some have even returned their previous ergo loupes to get LumaDent ergos. I contacted the Seattle rep, Lori Burrow, after receiving poor quality loupes from a different company. Lori was quick to respond and set up a time to measure me. I have a busy schedule and she was very flexible when it came to setting up a meeting time with me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to provide me with all the info I needed to pick the best set of loupes for me! I was also so impressed with how quickly I received my loupes. I think it only took 12 days from the time Lori measured me?! So crazy!! I’ve had my loupes for about 3 weeks now and could not be happier! I ordered the 3.0x ergo air loupes, 2 battery packs, a light, 2 light cords, and a carrying case. If you are considering ordering from Lumadent, JUST DO IT! You will not be disappointed!

I ordered a new pair of loupes from Lumadent! I couldn’t be happier with the service. I decided after a couple weeks I did not care for the batteries I had ordered. Alex E and the customer service team were very kind and friendly in my exchanges with them. Once I received my new batteries I realized one was missing the magnets. Alex and the team came to the rescue again! I highly recommend the products and the customer service is top notch!

Outstanding customer service, outstanding product. I had an issue with the temple arm on my loupes. I sent them in to be repaired. The turnaround time was quick-only one week without my beloved loupes. It was also covered under the warranty. Brian was helpful and communicative. I recommend LumaDent to all of my colleagues, and now I can also say their customer service and repair was top notch as well. Thank you all so much!

I have nothing but great things to say about LumaDent! My rep Maulik is amazing! Whenever I have questions about anything he gets back to me in a timely manner and puts customer service first. I have the Ergo Prisms and they are wonderful! My back nor neck never hurts one bit. The light is also one of the brightest I have seen! If I had to choose a company all over again I would still go with LumaDent! No regrets!!
